Can I just add a little to what Salman has said. All TUs have solicitors and you should be able to get advice from them on matters such as this. If you belong to a professional society or a hobby society for which you pay a membership fee, you may find they have a solicitor who can give you free advice as a service to members. Your insurance companies may have an extra like this embedded in the services they supply for the (excessive) charges they take from you.
On the "Off Topic" part of this e-mail. I have for the last few months been working towards leaving my current profession. If I don't I risk "burn out". I am attempting to storm the portals of TV (particularly as a science presenter but also possibly as a science adviser). At the moment I am attempting to put together a 5 min video to go with my applications to various potential employers/contractors. I need help to write a script (I have precisely ZERO experience in this trade - just lots of ideas, barefaced cheek, and - I am told - charisma). While I can easily write a lecture, this is DEFINITELY not the same thing. The BIG BIG problem is that like most of us, I'm broke or thereabouts, so I need someone who is prepared to trade assistance in this matter with use of my, extremely wide, science skills as an adviser, in exchange.
By the way, if I do manage this, I leave you to guess what several potential programs might be about (hence "sort of").
